Entomologist • Scientific Illustrator • PhD Candidate in Biology
I am an entomologist specializing in the molecular biology of arthropods in agricultural systems. My research focuses on understanding the complexity of pest population dynamics and on evaluating the effectiveness of both traditional and emerging control strategies to inform integrated pest management (IPM).
My PhD research characterizes spider mite species in southwestern Ontario, integrating:
I combine field resources, bench research, data analysis, and scientific illustration to convey complex biological systems with clarity and precision.
